Our bespoke ROYAL carrier bags are usually produced with 170 gsm one side coated paper (also known as C1S or bristol paper), with mat or glossy lamination, bottom cardboard and reinforced top fold. The standard handle is a white or black cotton rope, ca. 50 cm long. As a standard, your bag will have the following specifics, that come without extra cost
100% print area
Front and back side, inside top fold, bottom under the bag. Your bag will be white inside.
Lamination
glossy or mat
Cotton or PP cord handle
in black or white, up to 50 cm length
handle will be fixed with a stable knot instead of just a plastic clip
To ensure that we supply you with a top quality product, we have decided that our bags will always have
  • a stable carton reinforcement inside the top fold as well as 
  • an additional cardboard bottom that is glued into the bag.
If you want to save on your bag cost without compromising too much on the bag quality, you may decide to waive the bottom cardboard and/or the reinforced top fold. Please ask us for more details.

Should you wish a different bag size or a higher order quantity, we will be happy to send you an individual quotation.
The plate cost mentioned above are just an indication for the respective size of bag and print motive, assuming that you will send us the print data as vectorized .eps, .ai or .pdf file. To ensure a satisfying print quality, all pictures should have a resolution of min. 300 dpi. Please state your print color as Pantone color. The actual plate cost may differ from the cost mentioned on this page and are only binding as mentioned on the sample print, that we will send you for approval upon having received your order and before start of production. On request and without your entering into any obligation, we will be happy to send you a binding  plate cost quotation prior to your order if you submit us your logo and print motive in advance.
